In September 2007 the textile department are due to move to a new campus on Pybus street.It's going to be wierd moving from Jackson's mill. I really love that place and the feel the building has. Althought the new site will bring all the art & design people into one place (and let us look at lots of pretty boys) it's a worry whether we will have the same facilities as we do now.
Inclusion is a funny thing. In this situation the con's outweigh the pro's I wonder whether this change is a good thing. We have no choice on the matter and I understand how impractical it is to have a seperate building to heat and maintain for just one department but in a way I wish we could claim squatters rights and stay there forever!!

It's strange how easily it is to get attached to bricks and mortar.
but when it looks this good who can blame me.
